Data minimization
This site can use first-party analytics to count pages, clicks, and downloads. Session identifiers and IP addresses are one-way hashed. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the CodexKR Analytics module. Administrators can set retention, exclude roles, filter bots, export aggregate event rows, and delete analytics data.
External services
Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, AdSense, push providers, Telegram, WhatsApp, and external download sites remain disabled until an authorized administrator configures them. Their own privacy terms apply when enabled.

First-party measurement with limited data
The bundled analytics system can record page views, game views, clicks, download-button events, referrer, device class, browser family, operating system, campaign parameters, and a coarse country header when a trusted edge service supplies it. It uses one-way hashes for session and IP-related identifiers and does not store the raw IP address in its own event table. This supports aggregate reports while reducing unnecessary personal data, but administrators must still publish an accurate policy for their deployment and jurisdiction.
Administrator testing and exclusions
Logged-in administrator visits are included by default so page testing no longer appears as zero in the Controller. The administrator can exclude selected roles after testing, keep bot filtering enabled, choose an activity window, set retention, export event rows, or permanently delete the analytics tables. Browser Do Not Track can prevent client events. Counts are first-party measurements and should not be mixed with Google Analytics figures or represented as exact unique people when cookies are cleared or multiple devices are used.
Cookies, local storage, and consent
A pseudonymous session value may be stored to connect activity during a visit. Interface preferences, dismissed controls, or campaign state can also use browser storage. Optional Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdSense, push notifications, and similar services remain disabled until configured and may introduce additional cookies, identifiers, or international transfers. The administrator is responsible for choosing a lawful consent method, documenting each enabled vendor, respecting withdrawal, and avoiding non-essential tracking before consent where required.
External links and downloads
Clicking Telegram, WhatsApp, a publisher site, a file host, or another external service moves the visitor into that provider’s privacy environment. The destination may receive an IP address, browser details, referrer, account identifier, and information the visitor submits. CodexKR cannot control an external operator’s collection or retention. Read the final hostname and its policy before sending personal information, and avoid files or forms reached through unexpected redirects, shortened links, or impersonation messages.
Retention, security, and access
Analytics retention is configurable from seven days upward; shorter periods are preferable when detailed history is not necessary. WordPress administrators should use unique accounts, least-privilege roles, multi-factor authentication where available, secure backups, current software, HTTPS, and protected database credentials. Exports should be stored only as long as required and shared through controlled channels. Hashing reduces exposure but is not the same as anonymization in every legal framework, so access and purpose should still be limited.
Visitor choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, visitors may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or complaint. A request should identify the site and relevant interaction without sending unnecessary identity documents. Because bundled analytics use pseudonymous hashes, locating a particular visitor may be limited unless they can provide the relevant session context. The policy should name the administrator’s contact route, explain verification steps, describe response timing, and state which independent external services must be contacted directly.
